SLHB8/15/20/30 Small Mobile Asphalt Mixing Plant Operation Progress:
1. The Preparation Work:
(1) Before half an hour ahead of heating asphalt pump, asphalt heating pool for working 2 hours.
(2) Manual operation equipment parts (lifting hopper, etc.).
(3) Check whether the valve is in working status, manual oil pipelines, oil return, preheating asphalt and measuring tank until can work normally.
2. Switch On Portable Asphalt Plant:
(1) Asphalt pump heating closed after half an hour.
[2] Mixing On.
(3)Air compressor on.
(4)Start dusting motor.
(5)Igniter.
(6)High-pressure diesel pump. Once see if ignition success, three times not success must stop check.
(7)Blower motor being started.
(8)Must be started the main oil pump.
(9)By manual operation, after drying cylinder.
3. The Production Process:
(1) Drum drying.
(2) AG hopper ascending (feeding material).
(3) Push the hoisting hopper go down .
(4) Waiting for three minutes (wet material for three minutes, dry material for only 1 minute, good reliable drying, the drum material transmit.
(5) Screen click on the taking asphalt, asphalt spraying, taking powder, adding powder, and mixing 2 minutes.
(6) Waiting the finished product hopper fall to the finished product (note to drop, otherwise in tank).
(7) Push the finished product hopper lifting, finished product hopper discharge. (8) The AG hopper rising cycle (run again stir new material).
4.Turn Off Machine:
(1)Shut down the main oil pump, high-pressure diesel pump.
(2)Close the other moving parts, keep dry, induced draft fan, drum fan to continue operation.
(3)Cleaning pump, pipeline and asphalt measuring tank .
(4)Waiting for furnace, roller cooling, close all motor.
(5)Disconnect the power.
