THE WORKING PRINCIPLE OF VSI5X SERIES VERTICAL SHAFT IMPACT CRUSHERS:

Material fall into the crushing cavity and be divided into two parts. One part goes into the high-speed running rotor of the machine, and the other part goes around the impeller. The two parts material bump and crush fast during the effect of centrifugal force.Then the materials run like swirl, bump and rub to each other from big-size to small-size. The process goes on until the materials are crushed to the required size and then discharged from discharge gate,then users can get the required products size after screening by vibrating screen.
