1. Pipe blocking causes:

2.Blocking pipe position judgment and elimination methods:
Feeding port blocking phenomenon: pumping action and hydraulic systems are normal, no abnormal sound and vibration, hopper with larger aggregate or agglomerate, stuck in the inlet place or arched and jam.
Method: to make reverse pump running to agglomerate, makes concrete to hopper to stir, then is pumped. If it doesn’t work need to manually, be ruled out.
Distributing valve discharging mouth blockage phenomenon: pumping system action suddenly, and have abnormal sound, strong vibration equipment, but there is no corresponding vibration in pipeline.
Method: inside the hopper into 15 ~ 30 L water mud, positive and reverse start pump, repeatedly forced open channel. If this method is invalid, can only artificial exclusion, remove the adjacent pipe, remove the impurities in the valve.
S tube valve in jam phenomenon: S tube valve block is gradually formed, the main reason is that after pumping concrete, not timely with high-pressure water washing, the concrete residue in S tube, gradually increasing over time, the accumulation of consolidation, causing congestion.
Method: after the pumping concrete, must use high pressure water pump body and S tube is rinsed clean. When washing is invalid, bit can be used to knock, to remove the residue, until thoroughly clean.
Concrete pipeline jam phenomenon: when the delivery pressure was gradually increased, while the hopper level does not drop, pipe exports do not discharge, pump vibration, piping is also accompanied by strong vibration and displacement, can determine is blockage.Blockage: blocked parts of the commonly occurred in the bend tube and cone tube, and there are also some areas of vibration. At this point, the available along the line with hammer knock, sound depressing place to plug; Sound is ringing as normal. Listening with ears, there is rustle as normal, rasp to jam.Excluded methods: when the pipe blocked, should immediately take repeated method of positive and reverse pump concrete suction hopper back to gradually make the pump export mix before delivery. Also can use wooden hammer knock, the method of combining positive and reverse pump, to make it clear; When the above method is invalid, the jams. Three measures to prevent pumping concrete block:
(1)In the installation and design line, as far as possible avoid 90 ° and s-shaped curved, to reduce the resistance of pumping concrete, to prevent clogging.
(2)In order to guarantee the continuity of pumping concrete operation, ensure the quality of the concrete pouring, homework in the interval time should not be too long, to prevent clogging. If for some reason interval for a long time, you should start every 5 ~ 10 min or so times pump or reverse and forward pump several times, to prevent clogging
(3)the pump to pumping concrete mixture ratio design, in strict accordance with the strict control of slump.
(4)Choose the aggregate particle size must conform to the requirements, the general should not be greater than 1/4 of conveying pipe diameter.
(5)Water lubrication pipeline before pumping concrete application, first send mortar, concrete, to prevent clogging.
(6) On a hot summer day, wet straw bag cover pipeline, should be adopted to prevent, in the process of pumping concrete falling too fast and blocking pipe generation.
